Green Goddess Dressing

The Glow-Up Sauce Your Body Will Thank You For

Hi sister,

I have to share this one. This dressing is honestly my go-to , I call it Green Goddess not just because of the color, but because it feels like a full-body yes from Gaia every time I eat it.

It’s super easy to make. It’s nourishing. It’s delicious. And I use it for literally everything:

  • As a salad dressing

  • As a dip for roasted veggies

  • Poured over quinoa or brown rice

  • As a sandwich spread (my favorite: on bread with tomato + avocado — mmmm!)

  • Or just straight off the spoon, let’s be real

Why I love it

This dressing is like skincare from the inside out. It's full of:

  • Chlorophyll-rich herbs for cleansing the blood

  • Healthy fats + omegas for glowing skin

  • Garlic + lemon to boost your immunity and digestion

  • Seeds to nourish your hormones and add texture

Your liver will be so grateful — and yes, your liver directly affects how much glow you radiate.

What You’ll Need

(This makes about 1 small jar – feel free to double it!)

  • 1 big handful of parsley

  • 1 big handful of cilantro

  • A few sprigs of fresh mint

  • 1–2 cloves of garlic (I like it garlicky, don’t hold back)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • A good glug of olive oil or flaxseed oil

  • A splash of water (to help it blend)

  • 1–2 tablespoons of omega mix (I use chia, sunflower seeds, flaxseed)

  • A pinch of salt

  • A sprinkle of oregano (because yum)

How to Make It

  1. Throw everything into a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until creamy and smooth — add a bit more water if needed.

  3. Taste and adjust. Want it tangier? More lemon. Want it thicker? More seeds.

  4. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.

How to Use It

  • On toast with tomato + avocado

  • Tossed with greens

  • As a nourishing dip for roasted sweet potato

  • Poured over buckwheat or lentils

  • As a sidekick to your goddess plate (you know the one)
