Kristina Margolin is the founder of Code of Gaia, a leadership advisor and coach, karmic numerologist, and practitioner with a foundation in health supportive and nervous system informed coaching. Her work is dedicated to redefining leadership as an expression of internal coherence rather than performance.
She holds a clear vision for leadership. Leaders shape cultures, systems, and futures, and their inner state inevitably shapes their impact. What is unresolved within a leader does not stay personal. It influences decisions, relationships, and the lives of others.
